I am replacing 6-litre or larger toilet models with new WaterSense® certified models purchased on or after January 1, 2017.
 
My home was built prior to January 1, 2014. I understand that a home built after January 1, 2014 does not qualify for the Royal Flush Toilet Rebate Program.
